The Municipal Band of Music of Vera celebrated last Sunday its traditional concert of Lent in the church of Ntra. Sra. de la Encarnación, which was attended by a large audience of lovers of cofrade music.
In this event, two new processional marches were premiered. On the one hand, the band interpreted with elegance and skill “Rey de San Ramón”, directed by its author, Antonio Jesús Soler Castaño and dedicated to the Ntro. Father Jesús Nazareno. Also premiered was ‘Madre de las Angustias’ by Juan Francisco Alonso, dedicated to the Patron Saint of Vera. Both will be part of the repertoire that can be heard on Good Friday.
